Cancelation Policy
A 48 hour notice is needed for cancelling appointments. If clients have emergences, that is understandable. Otherwise clients are responsible for half the session. The same goes for missed appointments. Sam will call or text you if he doesn't hear from you. If your going to be late, please call or text Sam at 206.697.1375.
